Atested does not ask buyers to guess what tier they need in advance and hope the estimate was right. The product itself generates an attestation artifact from actual usage, including users and governed operations, and recommends the appropriate commercial tier.
That same model continues into renewal. If usage grows, the tier can move up. If usage shrinks, the tier can move down. The system that governs the work also demonstrates the licensing facts.
